In light of the current economic times and an unforeseen personal health crisis,
Timeshare Regeneration Limited, Registration #6544675 will cease as a working
company on 01 January 2009.
For those clients that have a valid signed listing agreement you will be contacted
privately; for those who have not returned their agreements, unfortunately we will
not be able to add your listing at this time. If your week has been added to
the current listing page without a valid signed listing agreement, but by a verbal
agreement, your listing will stay active on the website with limited services and
advertising. For those who have contacted us within the last few weeks and were
awaiting a reply on how we could help you, again with deep regret, we are not able
to add your listings at this time.
Our current listing pages will remain open. TimeshareRegeneration.com will continue
online services for any potential buyers looking to purchase one of the current
weeks listed and there will be No Fees charged.
Escrow fees will still be incurred separately and will be billed/debited by the escrow
agency involved, if the buyer or seller desires such service. We do need to make
you aware that the company “Timeshare Regeneration Limited” will not be a
registered company after 15 December 2008 and will be struck from the register.
TimeshareRegeneration.com will be run strictly as a “personal timeshare listing website” until further notice.
